Mistral Bistro

Trying Something New and Spectacular

By Kate Driscoll

Trying the crab ravioli was something adventurous, but entirely rewarding. Crab and any form of pasta have been delectable separate, but together, absolutely mouth-watering. The little soup of thyme and something else added to the taste of the ravioli, making the food rapidly disappear faster than it would have if it had just been the crab ravioli.
When it came to dessert however, it wasn’t not as rewarding, though the sugary taste and the vanilla cream of the vanilla crème brulée was decent together, it didn’t have the same effect that the crab ravioli did. Swiping some warm chocolate torte from one of the occupants at the table was better than the vanilla crème brulée because of the richness the taste brought and savoring every second of it.

All in all the restaurant, Mistral provided amazing and delicious food along with some subpar, but be on the lookout, it is possible to find the best appetizers, entrees and desserts if looked at for long enough.
